Director of Residential Programs

Job Summary
The Director of Residential Programs is a vital member of the Samaritan Village, Inc. (SVI) Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing the daily clinical and administrative operations across SVI’s three residential safe houses. This leadership role ensures that all services are delivered through a trauma-informed and survivor-centered lens, in alignment with SVI’s mission, vision, and core values. The Director of Residential Programs is the staff assigned to the Program Committee of the Board.
The Director provides direct supervision to the Lead Direct Care Advocates, a Case Manager, a Therapist, and various clinical community contract partners. Additionally, this role offers organizational consultation on best practices, certification, and regulatory compliance, as well as long-term program strategy and development.
Education and Experience
Master’s degree in social work, human services, counseling, or a related field.
Minimum of four years of experience in an administrative/management capacity.
Minimum of two years’ experience working in the human trafficking or social service field.
Familiarity with various modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other methods, theories, techniques, and principles of providing direct clinical treatment, consultation, and direction to adults experiencing a history of trauma.
Direct Care Advocates Needed
The Direct Care Advocate oversees the care, supervision, and operations of Samaritan Village Inc. residential restorative safe house. Overnights, weekends, and holidays are required, as assigned.
Shift hours are:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am. Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am-7:00pm, 7:00pm-7:00am
Qualifications:
High school or GED; higher education in social work, human services, counseling, or related field a plus
Minimum of one years’ experience working with issues relating to substance abuse and sexual exploitation
Ability to lift, stoop, bend, reach, and move about freely
Must pass criminal background checks
Possess a valid driver’s license and proper insurance
