Position Summary:

The Direct Care Advocate oversees the care, supervision, and operations of Samaritan Village Inc. residential restorative safe house.

Overnights, weekends, and holidays are required, as assigned.

Shift hours are:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am.
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am-7:00pm, 7:00pm-7:00am

This position must provide a supportive environment in collaboration with trauma-informed, educational, and life skills to meet organizational and individual participant goals. This role must maintain the security and confidentiality needed for this specialized program. The Direct Care Advocate would work with a team of other staff members who report to the Program Manager. The Direct Care Advocate must feel comfortable intervening in conflict or crisis situations and is responsible for maintaining documentation and ensuring the smooth operation of the restorative safe house during assigned hours.
